- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆12/1/2010: Called needing an appraisal. Mr. Brymer was very arrogant and rude. When I told him the lender required an extra comp and two listings, he said "find someone else" and hung up. Having been an appraiser, that is about 15minutes of extra work that 95% of appraisers in GA are required to do by lenders. My recommendation, find another, more pleasant and professional appraiser. If he is that rude and arrogant before getting my money, I can only imagine dealing with him once he has been paid.By A Google User, November 04, 2016
