  Microf is the WORST financial company to work with for HVAC customers to get financing for a new system. I have never in my life dealt with such unprofessionalism and lack of communication. They rip off our customers and they will do anything from giving the money you are owed as a dealer. We are so embarrassed as a Dealer for our customers. I took down all publicity from our business saying we promoted Microf and I have called and emailed them numerous times about the situation. I could go on and on, but if you are a great company and love your customers, no matter how much they need financing NEVER EVER use Microf.

  A very complicated Hassled program, 4-5 phone calls to get the equipment installed on the customer, then e-mail after e-mail, with more paperwork after installation has been done. This is coming from contractors point of view. I understand the hassle as the responsibility falls on Microf. But as a contractor we do what is asked, and still they deny receiving post installation paperwork, prolonging when to pay, its been 3 weeks and they still say they are missing documents when we sent the e-mails with proof 4 times, and they still deny it, then we call and someone says they have not received anything, then we ask to make sure, and they say "Oh here it is:" Yea I guess ya'll good. Really? After fighting back and forth, we sent it the same day of installation, then Monday, then again, and they still don't want to cut us the check. Too much hassle, and they are unorganized and liers, all our e-mails are sent with proof of view, meaning we know when the other party opens it, it was opened and viewed. Common Microf.

  They are unorganized and liers,ask us for to many document ,after call ,email ,etc ,they desaprove us, Incoherent answers, they don't know what they are asking , or anwser ,every one give you a different anecdote, thanks God they can't give me the loans, gracias Dios mio Be aware of these of Microf LLC
