- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have visited the WIC office and the employees are super friendly. It is best to set up an appointment or there will be a wait. They are also very helpful with any questions or concerns you have. I'm not sure why the other reviewers are complaining, this is a service that is being provided free of charge. We are very grateful this program is in place. I breastfeed and have to supplement with formula, if it weren't for this program I would have struggled purchasing formula.
